This had to be one of my favourite series from you. I saw the growth and change in Trooper and I liked that. Enjoyed the growth in he and Sophie's relationship as well. I'm happy story and Alanna got back to each other. Carlos and Maddie definitely did it for me. He too had so much growth. I was disappointed in the epilogue. We got insight on Trooper and Sophie but what happened with Maddie and Carlos? Few errors but nice ending to the series
I really enjoyed reading this story. It wasn't a conventional KC Mills story which I like because she always finds a way to change things up with her writing. Trooper and Sophie were cute together and I loved how protective of her he was and he did whatever was necessary to get it done. There were a few elements of the story that threw me off like the Trooper and Willis situation didn't really get the point of that part especially since Sophie forgave him so easily, also the mystery women that both William and his father had on the side who were they and if they weren't important to the story why mention them?. What happened to Chavez and also it feels like Carlos still has a story to tell with regards to him getting out of the game and this mystery man his mother is seeing as well as the completion of his and Maddie's story. I also thought he was going to try to plump Maddie up because he was forever calling her skinny. Other than those few questions I liked the story and as always will keep reading more from KC Mills.
I liked Trooper and Sophie's story, it continues K.C. Mills string of successful series. The only criticism I had is that what Trooper did with the DEA agent made no sense and was inconsistent with his character. His excuse for doing it was lame and since the author had Sophie forgive him in a matter of two sentences it did not add a lot to the story. I didn't feel that Maddie/Carlos or Sophie's parents stories were complete so I am hoping for a spin-off. Overall the series was enjoyable.
This series is off the chain and good as heck. I'm glad everything worked out for troop and his wife I did good on this book
Yasssssss if you haven't read this series u better. In this book I was really on the edge of my seat. Story is off the chain I can see where Trooper gets it from. Great series hated to see it end.
Excellent ending Trooper Los and Story are a true force. The end game was bomb they weren't ready though lol.
Well written and keeps your attention. I have read this series 3 times.
